It is used by many to demonstrate that stability and success go hand in hand. If you stick with the manager, success should follow. But these two men not some conscious example, may provide great sport. Although they were able to produce successful teams, it really does not hold that all managers or coaches are able to bring the same kind of success does not continue.
Indeed, the fact that we won a few successful individuals after a period of time to reflect on conflicts can be. As a result, their future role in the success of a particular faith rather than on past glory, may favor.
This introduces an interesting area to consider when playing success. How long a manager or coach should stick with a team owner? Time in question the manager's track record is based on this period of change?
Different team owners take different approaches, often based on beliefs and expectations will be. For some, there is a willingness to stick with an employee, even when many outsiders believe that success is a long way away. Such an approach is indicative of what the owner is very stubborn? Perhaps, but also the notion that stability is the key to winning matches and trophies may be affected.
That such an accepted fact that it has become unfashionable and awkward but the question is the guess. But here's a question that we considered the fact that questions may be due to:
1993 and 2003, between Real Madrid (Spanish soccer team) had 10 managers. This means that they were hiring and firing at an incredible rate. So that they lost several games during this period?
The answer is that this period saw the club win 16 major respect! Probably rely on a single individual to the success of the game's more!
